Post surgical breast Pain

I had breast surgery this past October.  I was dx with LCIS.  Just last 2 days I've been experiencing an achy pain in the site.  I am a nurse, but when it comes to me, I lose all sense of medical knowledge (smile) is it normal to have post surgical pain almost three months later?....should I be worried...

Hi,
I was diagnosed with ILC in Oct.2010, had a mastectomy, 6 months of
chemo followed by 33 days of Radiation.  I chose to have the other breast removed in Nov.2011 even though it had no disease.

My motto has become when in doubt check it out because I rest better.
No one can tell you for certain what is normal or not normal unless you are seen.  Diagnosis cannot be make over the internet.

Do yourself a favor and call your doctor.  She/he is the one who treated you and is in the best position go provide you with answers.

God bless you. Keep positive and moving forward.

Yes, it's normal. I've been told it's nerves regenerating. It can take a while to stop. Best wishes for a healthy new year.
