Bloating after tram surgery

Hi I am a survivor of 8 years. I had my left breast removed, and had the tram surgery. It has been 8 years, and I have major stomache bloating that causes me to look at least 4-5 months pregnant. I work really hard to keep me phyically fit, and kept my weight low. I was wondering if anyone had this same experience.

Thank you for your time,

Hi Chris,

When was your last gyne appointment? You may want to see them and let them know you're having this bloating issue. Let them know all symptoms you may be having. They may want to check your ovaries. This can be a concern but I doubt it has to do with your reconstruction.

Please let us know what they say.

Best wishes :)

If this has been a recent occurance I would first see your personal Physician who may refer you to some type of Specialist who can better deal with your problem. You could also see your Plastic Surgeon or even your Oncologist. I really doubt it has anything to do with your reconstruction but it may be an indication of some other problem.  Regards ....
