I am not sure what causes you to post this message. Is there a particular reason why when taking Arimidex, one needs to lose weight and eat 12.000 calories?
I know many women who wish they were thinner and would like to lose weight, but that does not mean it must to be done and can be achieved by all. yes, I am sure on 1200 calories a day and with exercise anyone can lose weight, but not everyone can follow these rules, with or without taking Arimidex.
I just don't want a woman to read your message and think it's only if they follow your rules exactly that they have a chance from benefiting from Arimidex? KAT
