Thankyou for your message ,sorry you had to experience chemo ,you did help its just the knowing that what I am experiencing isn't just me .When I go to the doctor its almost like I feel that they think ,here she is again .
I never though about physical therapy .One thing I did do this weekend is that I went to a health and well being event and met a lady who does accupressure (no needles ) and she picked up straight away that my muscles have been compromised and that my lymphatic system is not what it should be .She gave me
a good 40 mins treatment and whilst I Was exhausted after and on Sunday its help me no end .
Dont get me wrong my legs still ache but I feel more relaxed in my shoulders, my arm that I had my lymph nodes removed .
Amazing how a technique so simple created so much good.Any way if you feel you would like to talk please do Penny
I have had the same sort of pain, kind of like Flue like feelings in my legs....some times upper body but most my legs..I don't have any Idea what it is. It was the side effects to the Chemo I took for the two times I had cancer. And there for was Put on Pain meds that I have been on for over 9 years and now I'm 28 days Clean and the pain is not so bad. I did not say its gone. But I don't have to take a pain med for it.
So I'm not sure if I helped you but I will tell You pain meds take away your life. I was not using them to get HIGH...but they still took away My Life..
And I also laid down allot during Chemo so I can tell you it is allot of work and I will be talking to the doctor to find out if I need to go to Physical Therapy ... I will let you know...I hope I helped you some. And if you want to talk I'm here
I will pray for you
