Ultrasound Report - BI-RADS Category 4

Can someone explain to me what this means?

There is a 9 mm cystic nodule of the retroareaolar left breast, potentially corresponding to a stable nodule seen mammographically. This cystic lesion either represents 2 closely applied subcentimeter cysts, versus a single septated cyst with possible mural nodule at the point of septation.

There is a 2 mm eccentric nodule with internal color Doppler flow detected.

I am scheduled for aspiration/biopsy tomorrow.

Thanks to all who respond.

Great news! Everything went fine. The aspiration worked/cyst went away. Sent fluid to lab and turns out to be fibrocystic changes - f/u with ultrasound again in 6 months.

I am 42 years old. I had a total abdominal hysterectomy/both ovaries taken as well two years ago and have been on estradiol 2 mg since. The report states the 2 mm nodule is adjacent to it.
