Tramflap continued discomfort
I had tram flap surgery on12/4/12 followed by several complications which were treatment related. 7 months later I am still very stiff and uncomfortable.  I feel like there is a wooden block in my mid section.  Can't bend, can't stretch without discomfort.

No real personal experience here but I wonder if you were advised any Physical Therapy at any time. I realize that you wouldn't be pursuing this with all the complications you mention but I don't think it's ever too late to ck. this out. You of course need to ck. with your Plastic Surgeon and get the OK and a referral before you do anything. Just a thought ... Regards ....
