asking about red tiny pimples

i hav red tiny pimples(less) on my breast,they hurts .
area around nipples is hard only at 1 side .on both the breasts.
i want to know what is this indicating????

Pimples are not harmful,and it certainly doesn't sound like breast cancer to me, especially when you have these tiny pimples on both breasts.
You could also be having an allergic reaction to some new clothing,soap or lotion....  I would consider the expertise of a Doctor or dermatologist for an examination of your breasts so the appropriate treatment can be provided.

Hi,
Keeping the area clean and using a mild anti acne soap,also wearing loose clothes can help clear up pimples. Pimples on the breast can occur, just like on skin anywhere else. You should do a breast self exam to check for any abnormal features that you might notice  ( breast lumps or discharge etc.) If the pimples do not resolve in a few days consult your physician or dermatologist for a clinical evaluation.
