black discharge
I have made an appointment with my doctor but is there anything that I need to be worried about....? Last night I noticed a black bead on the nipple of my left breast...when I wiped it away and then gently squeezed and realized it was coming out of my breast..when I wiped it off on a tissue it was black indeed or dark charcoal grey....is this normal?
I did not initially squeeze it, it was just there as I was getting ready to shower. It has acually done it many times since through my shirt.
First of all I wouldn't continue squeezing the nipple. Breast discharge can be almost any color and consistency but usually only causes concern when it is spontaneous. I have no further suggestions since you already have an appointment with the Dr. and I'm sure he/she will advise you appropriately after an examination. Regards ....
