Hi,

Are you on any medications now? Do you have any symptoms pertaining to bone or joints?

This is usually decided by your oncologist or breast specialist depending upon the medications being prescribed and symptoms , if any.

Otherwise, you could talk to your doctor about getting a baseline scan to clear out any doubts taht you have and repeat scans are usually done when your doctor thinks it is required.

Hope this helps.

Regards.
