breast cancer survival rate

My wife has stage 3 breast cancer.  She has had chemo, double mastectomy and radiation.  She is hormonal positive.  She takes arimodex daily. What is the survival rate.  She is 55 yrs old

The current 5-year survival rates in women with breast cancer is between 80-90%. It also depends on the metastasis of the cancer to the lymph nodes or other body organs. In case of metstasis the survival rates decrease to 20-30% at 5 yeras. The ten year survival rates are 75 - 85%. It would be helpful to follow cetain lifestyle modifications like diet patterns that your doctor advises, weight control, exercise regimens, avoidance of alcohol/ OCP'S or HRT'S and regular follow up with your physician.
