pains after surgery

I had surgery last March this year 2010, and back at work after more than 40 days, does lifting objects and repetition of movements due to the nature of my work, helper, could cause the pains ?

Well, sure it could, and especially if there is a correlation between starting work and your pains.

but you tell us 'nothing', not about the type of work you do, and when the pains started, or got worse, or as SueYoung55 mentions, the type of surgery you had,

You have to do a lot better than what you have communicated if you want to get any answer that isn't a question back to you from the reader?
