breast itchiness and tenderness

I am having abreast tenderness and itchyness on my left breast.

The skin on the breast is the same as skin on any other part of the body and suseptable to the same problems. If the itching is the only symptom I would suggest you consult a Dermatologist. Inflammatory Breast Cancer at times produces itching but there are also several other symptoms ... swelling, redness, the breast feels quite hot to the touch and you mention none of these. If you are unable to see a Dermatologist you might see your family Physician first for a clinical breast exam.  Regards ....
