breast pain

a patient of 20 having a fibroadenoma removed from her left breast has now pain in left breast after 1 year of fibroadenoma excision. The size of dat left breast is also slightly more increased than the right breast n pain is of burning type especially during running n fast walking .what is the reason ?is it cancer or something else??it has started from about last 1 week

There could be something in the breast that you couldn't feel ... cysts and Fibroadenomas don't need to be large enough for you to feel on self exam. You should definitely see your Dr. for a breast exam and an Ultrasound of the breast. Just because you can't palpate a lump doesn't mean that there isn't one there. Regards ...

its nt fibroadenoma there is no palpable mass in the breast wt shud i do nw??

If you have had Fibroadenomas in the past you may have another one .... you should ck. with your Dr. for an exam and possibly some other form of testing; possiblly an ultrasound. Fibroadenoma is a benign breast tumor and they can recur even after removal.  Please see your Dr. about this latest symptom.   Regards ...
