These spotsBirthmarks - pigmented Liver spots Measles, koplik spots - close-up Mongolian blue spots may indeed be a sign of cancer, however, there are more common benign explanations for these. One is the occurrence of blood clots (hematomas) underneath the skin which can be due to breast trauma, or excessive hormonal stimulation. Superficial infections such as fungal or bacterial infections can also cause these spots and can be treated with topical antifungals or antibiotics respectively. Rare causes would include Paget's disease of the breast which can be diagnosed through biopsy. Since there are a lot of possibilities, I suggest you have this looked at by your doctor for a proper examination. Imaging studies like mammogram or ultrasound may be warranted if your doctor deems it necessary. Hope this helps... Regards.
