Worried don't know where to look

I need to try to figure where to turn. I recently had a mamogram and ultrasound.  My gyn thought he felt a cyst. I have very fibrocystic breasts. He had me see a general surgeon first who didn't feel more than the fibrocystic areas. Then before the mam I had numbness in the back of my arm from my elbow to a few inches up. The next thing is weird.  When I pulled the skin down under my arm taunt toward the floor, not pushing into the armpit just pulling the skin. I get a sharp burning electric shock pain in the numb area in the back of the arm. Although weird I also have MS so I thought it could be related to that. When my gyn called and said my man was good and ultrasound was good, I thought it could be MS. Then I got a letter from the imagery place saying that the man shows a need for further evaluation. A bilaterial ultrasound, something I already had. What? So now I wonder is this pain in arm breast related.      The general surgeon didn't feel anything in my armpits and he didn't call me to say anything about the report. My gyn was the one to call because I told him I had these tests and to be on the look for them. He (gyn) did call and said good.  So I guess what I'm asking is has anyone had the underarm skin pulling thing be cancer? Also once the report is out for the doctor to see do radiologists look again and change their mind? Sorry so long really confused. Thanks

Thanks for reading. I called both the gyn and general surgeon through exchange tonight(weekend) to tell them I got the letter stating the mam shows further evaluation is needed- a bilaterial ultrasound, although the bilaterial ultrasound was done the same day  as the mam. They seem to think the report was generated automatically because the order was originally for bilat mam and left ultrasound. It was decided while in imaging to do bilaterial ultrasound for comparison. I find it strange that there asking for something that was already done without mention of it. Drs are going to look at reports again. Should I contact imaging center and tell of my disappointment with them?

I don't think the symptoms you describe would be related in any way to breast cancer. I would rather sit down with your Dr. and the report and get a detailed explanation of the contents. I don't think much of the "everything's OK" statements. You need to see the actual report and have it explained to you. It's the Radiologist's "read" that counts here and if further investigation is needed then get that done and go from there. I think you would be better informed if you saw a Breast Specialist and have him/her go over all your reports as well as the actual films  since you have other medical issues to deal with as well.  Regards ...
