Do you have a lumpLumps in the breasts , nipple dischargeAbnormal discharge from the nipple Ear discharge Eye burning - itching and discharge Nasal discharge Nipple discharge - abnormal Urethral discharge culture Vaginal discharge or skin changes on breast self examination?
The pain in the shoulder shoulders intensive treatment Shoulder arthroscopy Shoulder pain joint could be due to a multiple causes - so it is difficult to say whether it is related or not without a proper clinical evaluation. The shoulder joint pain could be due to - a bad posture, lifting heavy weights, unsupervised weight lifting, accidental trauma at the site or even cervical spondylitis.
Being on HRT will just make your breast tissue more dense than others in your age group and therefore difficult to visualise on mammogram. That is the reason why they might be calling you for another mammogram.
Get a copy of the mammogram report and discuss this and your shoulder pain with your doctor. Also ask him whether any xrays of your shoulder joint need to be done, and whether it would help you to consult an orthopedician or physical therapist.
Good luck.
