Hi again,
I'm glad to hear you are working on a plan to provides the best care for your sister and her baby!
In regard to your question about the possibility of a future pregnancy, the Ameican Society of Clinical Oncologists has developed a Guideline on Fertility Preservation.
Your sister's oncologist is no doubt familiar with, or has access to, these guidelines.
There is also a guide for patients, based on ASCO's recommendations, at the following link:
http://www.cancer.net/patient/Publications+and+Resources/What+to+Know%3A+ASCO%27s+Guidelines/What+to+Know%3A+ASCO%27s+Guideline+on+Fertility+Preservation
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The introduction lists these key points:
•Certain types of cancer treatments can affect a person’s fertility (ability to conceive a child or maintain a pregnancy).
•There are various options to help preserve fertility in men and women.
•Before treatment begins, talk with your doctor about the possible fertility related side effects of your treatment and the options that are available to you to preserve fertility.
To help doctors give their patients the best possible care, the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) asks its medical experts to develop recommendations for specific areas of cancer care. ASCO developed recommendations for fertility preservation for people with cancer.

There were two pregnant women receiving chemo at the same time I did. Both had successful pregnancies. I don't know if they had any additional pregnancies since then.
Best wishes for your sister.
I am sorry to hear of your sister's diagnosis with BC, esp. during her pregnancy!
Questions in this forum are answered by survivors and other volunteers generally not identified as medical professionals. We are unable, therefore, to provide specific treatment recommendations concerning your sister's case.
It would be best for you and your sisterr to discuss these questions with her oncologist, who would have the necessary medical expertise, as well as having available all of the details of her medical history and test results.
Best wishes to both you and your sister...
