Hi there.

Fibroadenomas are not precancerous lesions and also does not increase the risk of developing breast cancer in the future.  These are mostly due to the response of the breast tissues to hormonal changes in the body.  Lesions that can give rise to cancer later would include Ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) or atypical hyperplasia.

It is best that you still continue to monitor your breasts with the help of your doctors.  Regards and God bless.
