worried

hello,i just had an ultrasound on my left breast and this is what the report sayed,,,

findings :meticulous ultrasound scanning with high-frequency transducer demonstrates simple right breast cysts measuring 0.6 x 0.6 cm in at 3 o'clock and 0.4 x 0.4 cm at 4 o'clock. a tiny amount of fluid in the retroareolar area may also be within a dilated duct.no complex cystic or solid mass is seen elsewhere in the left breast '

impression:unremarkable left breast ultrasound

what does this mean ,,i had my ducts removed 12-07 and all i have had is pain in this breast could the pain be from the cysts???

It says no cysts on the left breast......only on the right one...which breast is having pain? Is it possible you have scar tissue causing this pain from earlier surgery? Hopefully the doctor will answer this at some point, I hope. Madge

Cysts can certainly cause pain and evidently that's what was found on Ultrasound. If these cysts cause a great deal of pain they can be removed or possibly drained. You might want to consult a Surgeon concerning this problem.
