hard lumps after transflap

I had a Right Breast masectomy and Trans flap reconstruction . My breast has many large hard lumps, so hard that I feel  like I'm laying on a bag of rocks . Is this normal or is the Ca returned with a vengance I had 3 months of IV chemo and now I'm on Arimadex.

You don't mention when you had your TRAM flap reconstruction. If it was recently it could be a hematoma or necrosis. Japdip is correct, you should see your doctor. Please let us know what they said and how you're doing. Best wishes.

I certainlyl hope that you have consulted your Oncologist or your Plastic Surgeon regarding the lumps you describe. I would think of scar tissue but you need to have this ck.d out by one of your Physicians. Please do this as soon as is convenient for you.    Regards .....
