help with path report

I had my lumpectomy last Wed and it was 100% not successful.  I am looking at a mastectomy now.  Can you tell me what this means:
"pTis DCIS, LCIS, or Paget's disease of nipple without associated invasive carcinoma"

I know that no invasive cardinoma is good, but are they saying I also have Paget's disease?
Thanks.

It seems rather unclear to me also .... I think it might be wise to have the slides read by another Pathology Lab OR ask for a more detailed report. There really shouldn't be any if, ands or buts when it comes to a Pathology report on tissue submitted. It appears that both the Lobular and Ductal carcinomas are contained but like the report the Paget's is questionable.    Regards ....
