hello, three months back i had a mucle injury that is muscle torn, sinch then i start examining my breast as i was scared that may be i m having back pain and ribs pain due to cancer may God forbid, but then i went in emergency lady dr examined my breast while i was sitting no laying down and she said she didnot felt anything then she diagnosed me with a muscle injury due to which my right side is affected, But wen i examine my breast i feel a lump like structure at upper portion, why is that so? It hurts on pressing near periods. My question is that is it possible that someone can have naturally glandular structure of one breast? my second question id that how much time muscle injury can take to get recover? my third quesstion is this i am only 21 years old and Thanx to Allah i dont have a famoly history of cancer so shud i get worried for it? and yes near periods my right breast where i feel a lump hurt a little. is this pain related to muscle injury? can this lump cause by muscle injury?

A muscle injury can take quite a long time to heal completely and this may indeed be the cause of the lumpy area you feel. You may also have a cyst in your breast which is a rather common problem and is a benign condition. If you continue to be concerned about this I would suggest that you see your own Dr. for a clinical breast exam and any other type of testing that might be appropriate .... possibly Ultrasound. If this is a cyst it would be normal for it to cause discomfort near the time for your period. These cysts are often due to the changing hormone levels in the body.   Kindest regards ...
