I am 18 years old and have not yet had sex or breast fed a baby. I have some yellow gland like looking things coming out of my left nipple. They are dry and hard and are uncomfortable to pull out. If I pull the dry trip out of the nipple they grow back a couple of days later. Please help, I am very nervous about what it is. Thankyou!

I don't think these "things" are anything but dried breast discharge which is most often normal. Discharge will occur with any type of stimulation such as squeezing. It's a natural response. If you are concerned I would suggest that you see your Dr. for an examination and I would also suggest that you stop pulling this substance out of the nipple until you see the Dr. for an explanation as to exactly what is occuring.    Regards ...
