i have a sore bump in my right nipple

there is a sharpe pain in my right nipple and have no idea what it is

Hi,
You don't state your gender or your age.,but in any case,this painful lump could be caused by a variety of things,like an infection, injury, a cyst etc..If you are a teenager,it could also be caused by hormonal changes in your body.You could apply warm compresses till you see your doctor. Keep in mind that the majority of breast lumps are not cancerous,particularly if pain is involved.
I hope that all goes well ,but please have this sore bump examined by your physician for a correct diagnosis.
