Hi again,
I am afraid I cannot give you any advice on how to treat your problem which might not necessarily be "cellulitis"
First of all,you should see your Doctor or Dermatologist to give you a correct diagnosis after clinical examination.
Treatment could include incision, draining the infected area, followed by a course of antibiotics and pain killers, but only your Doctor can decide what needs to be done in your situation.
Please,do not delay any longer and make that phone call for an appointment. This infection should be treated as soon as possible.
Take care.

Hi,
It sounds like an abscess/boil formation, or cellulitis.
Cellulitis is an infection and it's characterized by redness, swelling, warmth, and pain or tenderness.
You should see a dermatologist who will treat it by draining it and most probably followed by a course of antibiotics.
Even though I don't believe that this has anything to do with breast cancer, however I urge you to consult a doctor soon and get it treated to prevent further complications.
Please do keep us posted if you have any additional queries by adding your comment on the space below the answers you have received.
Take care and best wishes...
