Hi there,
First of all your symptoms don't sound related to breast cancer.
these are the common symptoms when you have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.(PCOS)
*infrequent menstrual periods, no menstrual periods, and/or irregular bleeding
*increased hair growth on the face and breasts( because of excessive amount or effects of androgenic (male) hormones)
* Ovarian cysts
* acne, oily skin, or dandruff
* weight gain or obesity, usually carrying extra weight around the waist
* pelvic pain as well as breast pain.

Please go see your Doctor for a clinical breast exam and some blood work to measures you estrogen, testosterone, etc and maybe he could refer you to a specialist to treat your PCOS so your breasts problem will also be solved.
If your nipples have become darker, this is nothing to worry about because it's caused by Hormonal fluctuations in the body.
Take care and best wishes...

Hello,
The advice from spankyandrex is excellent---you definitely should see your doctor to
determine exactly what your breast issues are and what should be done about them.
However, breast cancer is very rare at your young age. Pain in the breast is not a usual sign of breast cancer --it is most likely the result of hormonal changes. If you have relatively dark skin, brown nipples are normal and swelling of the breasts related to your
menstrual cycles is also normal. Many women have a few hairs on their breasts, too.  I wouldn't be too worried if I were you, but I'd definitely get a medical opinion from my doctor to be sure. I hope this makes you feel a little better  and a little less scared.
Wishing you all the best,
nc

Hi there.  First and foremost you need to make an appointment with your physician.  He is the only one who can send you for a mammogram or what he thinks is the best test to find out what is going on.  GOOD LUCK to you.
