liquid is coming out m breast

m about to be 21 years old, when i examine m breast, i found that both breasts are coming out with a light white liquid it looks like milk, m so worried about this.
m virgin and i have some problems with m period when i gain some weight

are u on the pill? that can make ur breasts produce fluid. or there is also a condition that make ur breasts produce a milky fluid too. i have the same prob, its just weird.
dont keep squeezing them or it will stimulate more.
it is normal and wouldnt be anything serious. you only need to worry if u get spontaneous bloody discharge without squeezing, or unusual spontaneous discharge.
if your worried about your periods then go see ur gp for ur own sanity.

Breast discharge is nothing to be concerned about at your age and from the description of the discharge. When the breast / nipples are stimulated (squeezed)  this is a normal response. You might post your concerns about your period and wt. gain on the Women's Health Forum; this forum deals with breast cancer issues. You might also think about seeing your Gynocologist. I wouldn't worry about the breast discharge; especially since it's from both breasts.     Regards ....
