mammary carcinoma

my doctor has complied a report on my condition which I don't understand could you please help explain, thank you:-
RIGHT BREAST- Breast parenchyma shows opacity in upper quadrant having anterior ill defined margins while its posterior margin shows macro-lobulations, however, no adjacent parenchymal distortion is seen. No other solid cystic mass is seen. A few foci of benign calcifications are seen in upper outer quadrant. No skin thickening or nipple retraction.
Ultrasound shows an illdefined hypoechoic area measuring 24x22mm having macro-lobulations and marginal shadowing located at 12 o'clock position 2cm from nipple. Its vertical height is more than the transverse dimensions. It shows no vascularity on CDI. Rest of the breast parenchyma is normal.
One benign looking axillary lymph node is seen measuring 10x7mm with intact fatty hilum and normal cortical thickness.
LEFT BREAST- Breast parenchyma is asymmetrically dense in MLO view which opens out in CC view. No evidence of any mass lesion or micro-calcification. No skin thickening or nipple retraction seen.
One benign looking axillary lymph node is seen.
Ultrasound shows predominantly glandular breast parenchyma. A small cyst measuring 5x4mm is noted at 12 o'clock position. No other solid or cystic mass noted.
One benign looking axillary lymph node is seen measuring 11x6mm.
IMPRESSION: RIGHT BREAST ASSESSMENT CATEGORY - 4
                       SMALL CYST IN LEFT BREAST.

In short and concise terms ..... in the Right breast there is an area that cannot be identified as to it's nature and will no doubt require a biopsy of some type to determine this. I base this on the assessment category at the end of the report of 4. This is sometimes referred to as a BIRADS score and a 4 is used to indicate the need for a biopsy. There is a very small cyst observed in the Left breast that would be of no particular concern. The lymph nodes mentioned are deemed to be normal in appearance. Hope this has been of some help but I would advise you to discuss this report in detail with your Dr.   Regards ....
