metastatic breast cancer

I have abdominal carcinamatosis (breast cancer that has metastacised to my omentum,peritoneum, stomach). I would like to hear from anyone who has or knows anyone who has had this condition. i had original breast cancer 8 yrs ago with 3+ lymph nodes and was treated with chemo. Now I was diagnosed last year with metastisis and had taxotere chemo for 6 month and have been taking xeloda orally since then which is no longer working since my ca27-29 keeps rising. i need to know what to expect treatment wise and symptom wise. will I have pain ? obstruction? nausea ? vomitting ? I do not know anyone who can tell me how this disease progresses. my doctor and nurses give me vage answers and are not helpful. I cannot seem to find anything on the internet either. thanks

I would try posting on the following 3 bc sites  where there are forums for stage IV metastatic cancer. I am sure there will be somebody there who can provide answers.
