I'm 16 years old male for the past week my right nipple feels like there is something under and both of my nipple look a bit swollen and when i touch them they become wrinkly idk what it is im scared it mite be dangerous

Yes, Gynecomastia is a condition that cause breasts tenderness.Please don't worry about breast cancer,especially at your young age,because pain is rarely associate with this disease.If you have any doubts and need reassurance I would advise you,as I mentioned previously, to see your doctor who will examine you and most probably prescribe a medication for the pain.

These kind of lump/s you are describing,is a condition called Gynecomastia.
This can occur as a swelling of the breast or simply as a swelling under the nipple that can last for a while,but will eventually disappear in a few months without any treatment.
The reason for this is "hormonal changes" in young males that occur due to puberty and nothing to do with breast cancer.
You could visit your family doctor who will be familiar with this condition from experience and can reassure you that there is nothing wrong with your breasts.A lot of young men your age have this problem and you have nothing to worry about okay?
