Hi,
Many women have some type of nipple discharge or fluid when their breasts are squeezed. The discharge could be a variety of consistencies and colors, like white ,yellow, brown, green and black. You should stop squeezing the nipple though, because when you do that, it sends a message to the brain and the pituitary gland responds by increasing prolactin levels, which in turn produces discharge from the nipple. The time to worry about nipple discharge is if it's spontaneous, keeps happening and is bloody.
Fibrocystic breast changes can also produce a yellow or green discharge from the nipples.
I would advise you to consult a breast specialist concerning the red mark near your nipple. It's not possible to guess, over the internet, if this is related to a skin problem or a breast problem, unless a physician examines you.You should also mention the breast discharge and see if further evaluation is needed like a mammogram or an ultrasound to check the underlying cause.
I don't think that your symptoms are indicative of breast cancer, but it's better to have these problems checked out,to be on the safe side.
Best wishes...
