only one breast getting bigger

i recently had rotator cuff surgery and have been doing physical therapy for 3 months.  During this time period, the last 2 months i have notice the breast on that same side getting larger.  i have had pain on the outer chest wall due to the surgery and recovery which has resolved some, but the breast enlargement is more noticeable lately.  Can the exercises be the cause of the enlargement?  i recently had a mammogram and breast cancer does not run in the family.

Exercising the muscles certainly can increase their size somewhat. Very few women have breasts of equal size and the larger is usually on the dominant side. I wouldn't worry about it, especially if you've have a normal Mammogram recently and have no other breast symptoms.   Regards ....
