Hi,
A number of conditions can result in a lump or lumps in your breasts, like cysts or Fibroadenomas (Both benign ). Most of these conditions are harmless and not concerning, unless they become too painful or enlarged.
Breast lumpiness usually feels like lots of little bumps or as though some areas of the breast are thicker or denser than other areas.Breast swelling, pain and lumps may occur  before the start of your menstrual cycle and subside after your period is over. This is due to hormonal changes in the body.Generalized lumpiness is simply called Fibrocystic breast condition, it is common and  considered  to be normal. The condition can also be triggered by stress or excess salt or caffeine.
As for your other health problems,I don't think they have anything to do with your breasts pain and lumpiness. The itchiness could be due to allergies or skin problems that can be relieved with medication that your doctor can prescribe, when you'll see him/her next week.
Take care ..
