Getting info has been difficult. I have a mass that appeared 2 months ago. It is tender, dull ache most of time with shooting pains a few times a day. I have had several views mammogram and the ultrasound. I am trying to get some info before the biopsy on possiblities. The radiologists report is
a spiculated solid mass just behind left areola, about 2.5cm X1.9cmX2.3cm in size with well defined but irregular borders. Can you give me possibilites and likelihood what this might be?
There is really no way to tell and speculation isn't very wise. The mention of irregular borders might be of some concern but only the biopsy can answer your question. Waiting without knowing is difficult but I'm afraid it's required most of the time. Best Wishes.
