does one percent cyst contain a cancer?

Each month I get so many cyst in both breasts, When I was doing  research about a cyst I read that only one percent of cysts contain a cancer. Does usually cancer contain within the cyst?
Am I in highr risk to get a cancer? Because I get so many cysts each month, I'm worried to get the one percent cyst which contains a caner.I don't have a family history cancer.
Does the one percent cyst which contains a caner feels the same as like the other normal cysts?

i thought complex cysts can be cancerous but not simple ones. im not sure how you tell the difference though.

Cysts are benign findings within the breast and do not increase one's risk of developing breast cancer.  You evidently have Fibrocystic Breast Condition from your description and this is a benign condition that affects nearly half of all women and often begins in the teen years.    Regards ....
