sores on breasts

I've had a lump on the right side of my right nipple for years but always figured it was nothing. Now, it's gotten bigger and oozes. I also have one underneath my left nipple. I have no medical insurance so I can't go to the doctor to get it checked out but would like to know what it could be. The one on my right breast is hard where the one on my left isn't, but yet they both have gunk coming out of them. Could this be a form of breast cancer with it being on the outside of my breast?

This sound like abscesses or boils to me and you certainly need medical attention before the infection gets worse.
You could contact your local department of health and human services or department of social work (should be in the phone book).In most major cities, there are medical facilities that will take fees on a sliding scale based on income or have plans for people who do not have adequate insurance coverage.These offices should know where you can obtain medical care in your area.  
Please make the phone calls to have these sores checked out,you might be needing antibiotics and only a doctor can prescribe it for you..
