staging of breast cancer

Hi to all.Can someone please tell me the exact stage of breast cancer my mom is right now having? She is 51 yrs old, diagnosed with an infiltrating ductal carcinoma of her right breast.Initially there were no palpable lymph nodes( thatz the word the doctors used). She underwent a right sided modified radical mastectomy and 13 lymph nodes were removed of which 11 had metastatic cancer deposits with extracapsular spread( pathologist report). The mastectomy specimen showed two tumour foci, one measuring 2.5x2x2 cm in upper outer quadrant and the other measuring 1.5x1.5x1cm in the central quadrant and both were grade 2 infiltrating ductal carcinoma ( pathologist report).
Her pre-op workup including bone scan,ct chest and lungs, ultrasound of pelvis and abdomen and chest xrays showed no tumor deposits. She is her2neu negative and er/pr positive.her ca125 level and cea levels were normal. What is the stage of her breast cancer and what is the average survival rate according to her stage?? Im scared to the core listening to all this medical jargon and need some hope to carry on.Ive lost all confidence in God because if there was a God, my mom wouldnt suffer so much!!

Jessy-
The best advice I can give to you is to listen to the doctors and gather all the information you can.  With knowledge comes some comfort.  It is the unknown that frightens us.  I can't tell you for sure what stage your mom's cancer is in but I can tell you that she can be treated.  It will be awful to watch her go through but it won't be forever and she will get better.  I just had a mastectomy and will be going through chemo in a few weeks.  I don't want to do this but I know I will and I know I can.  So many women have gone through this already and have gone on to live their lives and survive.  The good news is that she is er/pr positive which means a possible treatment option to chemo.  So talk to your mom and ask her for the details.  Tell her you are frightened and want to know more so you can have some control over your feelings.  You are obviously old enough to know what is going on.  I promise you, that when you know more information, it will still be scary but not as scary.

I have found that God has made His presence known to me throughout my whole ordeal.  I don't think God gave this to me and I don't think it is punishment for something.  Things just happen.  But when they do, if you open your eyes God will help you through.  Jessy, wonderful things have happened to me because I have breast cancer.  I never knew how many people loved me and supported me until this awful thing happened.  I don't know why I got cancer but I think God has used that situation to help me see so many wonderful things around me.  I just have to be willing to open my eyes to them.  You will too.
