underarm discomfort & breast lumps

I have some discomfort in my underarm area that seems to radiate into my breast.  There is a puffy place under my arm, but it is not hard when you push on it.  My breasts, however are very lumpy and have always been.  My doctor says I have a lot of fiber cysts, so when I do my self-exams, I always find something.  But this discomfort has been around for awhile now along with a long lump (this lump you can feel when you just barely rub accross it, but not so much when you press it like how it says to do in the exams) down the top of my breast (similar on both sides), not close to the underarm discomfort.  I call it discomfort because I wouldn't really even notice it if it didn't scare me. My shoulder also has some pain.  Also my breasts are very large, if that's something you need to know.

How old are you? Since how long have you noticed the lumps?

Underarm lumps are axillary lymph nodes which could be enlarged secondary to infection or even trauma and in rare cases due to malignancy. They are usually enlarged when a new deodorant is used, after shaving or waxing the underarm area.

Have you got an ultrasound done as yet and have you got a clinical examination got done by a physician? This would help in coming to a confirmed diagnosis.
