You need to see your physician. That said, the sweating could be a symptom of menopause. You don't state your age, so I'm not even sure that's a possibility with you. The lump, on the other hand, is something that needs to be investigated. It could be a cyst or other benign lesion, or it could be something more serious.
The sweating is caused by something and until you find out the cause, there is no way of stopping it.
