what's the possibility of my abscess turning into a breast cancer?

I have a recurring abscess on my right breast for almost 2 years now. I remember that I have a "white head/black head" on my chest so I picked it and removed it and I think it's where it all started. The abscess I got on the first spot on my breast lasted for 9 months (I had maybe 4 recurrence) but it healed on its own without taking any antibiotics or creams. After a few weeks, I noticed that I have a growing abscess 1 inch away from the old spot and I have somehow a similar "abscess" forming 5 inches above my vagina (near where the pubic hairs are). I remembered that I tried to shave the hair down there just to check how it is and now that "abscess" burst on its own and has left a dark patch. Although I think there's no pus inside, there's still lumps similar to the one on my breast (only difference is, the lumps on my breast have my normal skin color). I went to a doctor 10 months after. She scrubbed and drained the abscess on my breast and gave me antibiotics and cream for it. She looked at my other wound (area where pubic hair are) and asked me if I recently took any medicines because she feels it has something to do with my body reacting to some medicine because my wound turned black) Anyway,I took the medicine for 18 days. The abscess flattened and there's no visible pus but it's still a reddish lump. After a few weeks, it recurred again and after some days, it burst on its own like all the other abscess I had before. I've also noticed that the old spot where I had the first abscess has left a lump. After 3 months, I went to the doctor again and I had breast ultrasound and had blood test. She said I'll have my results next week but I'm just scared of the results. I asked the person doing the ultrasound if she saw any masses on my breast and all she said was the doctor will tell me next week. I lied to the doctor that I only had the abscess for 3 months because of some reasons regarding my application for migration. Will that affect her diagnosis or will it show anyway in the result of ultrasound? I've seen long dark horizontal oval in the ultrasound that they're measuring and I saw her type 8cm and 7cm in one of the dark oval patch. Will the person doing the ultrasound be able to tell if it is mass (possible for cancer) or just an abscess? what's the possibility of my abscess turning into a breast cancer? It took longer for me to go to the doctor because I usually have wounds that usually heal on its own and I feel like I have hormonal imbalance that causes acne in different places on my body. Please note that I always regularly take a bath twice a day and I feel that I've been scrubbing myself but I dunno why I had an abscess. I've gained 50pounds over the course of 6 years. I had a blood test 2 months ago and I'm still in the normal range of glucose, but on the higher end of the spectrum. The person doing the ultrasound told me that I should buy sportsbra and avoid the tight wired bras I have because the wire of the bra touches that part of my abscess.
