A small lump in the middle of my neck on the right side

while I typing on the computer I found a small lump on my neck the size of a pea. I first thought was a muscle knot since I spend hour typing at night with my shoulders hunched up on my neck. I also thought it was swollen lymph nodes since about six months ago I was treated for Gonorrhea and tested negative at three months for HIV. I have been under a lot of stress over the pass six months and this lump on my neck makes it worst. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I cannot go see a doctor since I am student who doesn't have health insurance.

Find yourself a free screening clinic.  Stress is a huge factor in ill health.  You simply cannot ignore a lump in your neck, especially if it is pea sized and hard.
Hopefullly it is from work related strain, but you need to have it checked.  Good luck.
