Can stage 4 liver mets cancer men still able to produce baby?

My husband diagnose with nasal cancer and soon it spread to liver. His now suffering from stage 4 liver mets cancer  and had gone thru chemotheraphy cycle but did not always go regularly. At his condition it does not seem to look as if his at the last stage cause his still young we both turn 29 this year. So i believe we still could expect miracle to happen as how the cancer suddenly appear to be found at very young age. This diagnose usually happen to those age 50 to 60 yrs old. And if his ble to conceive will there be any risk to the child later...

If he is still receiving chemo, I would NOT recommend trying to conceive a baby at this time.  

You all should definitely talk this over with his Oncologist for his/her recommendations.
