Follow up CXR with untold Bronchitis

Hi Doctor,
I am wondering if unilateral hilar lymphadenopathy with 1 node measuring 4cm x 4cm can be caused by Bronchitis?

How are you?

Hilar lymphadenopathy can be very rarely caused by bronchitis. The common causes of hilar lymphadenopathy are infections like fungal infections and tuberculosis and viral pneumonia, sarcoidosis, amyloidosis, granulomatosis.

Certain cancers like lung cancer, breast cancer and esophageal cancer can cause enlargement of these lymph nodes.
