Oral Cancer at age 23? Help?!

Hello and thanks for reading.  Lately, being the hypochondriac that I am, I've gotten myself very worried that I could have oral cancer.  I am a 23 year old female who has been smoking for less than year with a recent average of 4-6 cigarettes per day.  For a long time I didn't smoke more than 1-3 a day.  In addition, I have been orally exposed (don't know if there is an actual infection) to hpv (not sure what type) but only very recently.
Lately, I've seen a small bump on the top/center of my tongue that is painless and can be picked off with some work and no bleeding.  I've also experienced some jaw achiness and a kind of tingly feeling.  I think I may have brushed my tongue too hard the other day because i have tenderness and some tiny red bumps on the top/front of my tongue.  Finally, I can feel my lymph nodes in my neck....they aren't huge and can not be seen but if I push in I can feel them and move them up and down.
Anyways, my basic question is how likely is this to be oral cancer?  How quickly does cancer develop? Could these jaw symptoms be from TMJ?  I have been very stressed about this lately and am most likely clenching my jaw.
Any reassurance would be appreciated.  This really doesn't seem likely at my age especially for how short a time I've been a smoker, but, like I said, I'm a hypochondriac.
