A colonoscopy didn't uncover my cancer. Nor did my dermatologist ever find a genital wart.
You've probably see a doc by now, so this is just blather, but remember that cancer is not contagious. HPV is. I had never heard of it before it attacked and blossomed
as a skin cancer (can't spell the name of it).
Sex is a great thing. So much fun! Am sure you are ok. So carry on..safely:).

Second: I am a veteran of anal cancer and treatment, and have no problem telling you a few things. Of course you should see a rectal doc for an exam or culture.
They symptoms you describe are not typical of anal cancer. Often people are told they have irritable bowel syndrome. A genital wart is a clue, as is uncontrollable discharges or gas that isn't gas, but mucus or blood or both.
