black spot growing in my glans(glands)

Sir,
       At the age of 13 yrs , a black   spot appeared on my glans (glands) . Now I am 22 ,and the black spot has grown and become faint in color .It sometimes has a stinging effect . I am doubting for cancer .Kindly , help me out

Hi.  I have doubts that the black spot in your glans (glands) is cancer.  Since it has been there for the past 9 years, if this were cancer, it would have grown more rapidly and spread to other areas of your body by now.  However, the black spot in your glans (glands) is not normal so you should have it examined by a doctor (probably a dermatologist) as soon as possible.
