My husband has had a J-tube for over a year now. He is not using to eat currently but the doctor's want to leave it in for a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys while longer to be sure the cancer does not return. In the meantime the stitches that hold it in continue to come out and cause pain in that area.
He was wondering if there is someone out there that may have some suggestions. The stitches only last for a week and if he is lucky one will last a month.
His neice did suggest "butt cream" which has helped with redness and raw skin on the surrounding area.
