ovarian or peritoneal cancer?

my sister was diagnosed initially with ovarian ca june 2005. after her surgery (complete hysterectomy) they told us that there was no primary tumor, the inside of the ovaries was clean, but that were splattering of cancer cells on the lining of the abdomen. she went through taxol/carbox6, remission x 10mos, CA 125 rose again in oct06, started carbo, developed a severe reaction, switched to gemcytabinex6 rounds, CA125 dipped to 8 then rose to 600 by end of sessions (now). CT shows 2 enlarged lymph nodes, major organs are clear. at certain points, the doctor would refer to it as ovarian-like but more recently he's been calling it peritoneal ca. he wants to try caylex next. i'm just not sure which is it, from reading your forum, it sounds like her treatment has been the same as ovarian. is there not a real treatment for peritoneal ca? or is it treated the same?
