recurrance of Ependymomas

Hi,

Oct 06, I had Posterior Fossa Craniectomy and an Upper Cervical Laminectomy to remove am Ependymoma from my brain and spinal cord.  I suppose like all surgeons, mine didn't give anything away in answer to my questions about the possibility of recurrance.  I have since had 2 clear MRI's and a few CT scans, however since the surgery I now get worse head aches than before. Not complaining, glad to be alive, but would really appreciate some honest advice on the future and the likely hood of it growing back.  I'm not prone to panic but whenever I get light headed or loose my balance it worries me.
