hahah isnt it true that cats are so inquisitive Tweety went into our new bathroom and has found she like sitting in the new tub she even threw up a hair ball in it the other day .,she likes to sit in cupboards, and roll up in the curtains ...they are such an amusement ..
Unfortunately, Bob has found a new space as well the past few days. The shelves in the laundry room. At 3 am. We were awoken to the shelf falling and my motorcycle helmet falling to the floor last night. Bob was tucked under the chair in the room in alarm-the sky really was falling this time!! Hopefully, he'll stay off the shelving from now on..I doubt it though-he's very nosy and probably won't be able to resist more looks.
Ahh-Sesame!! Bob did that same trick as a tiny kitten and we took hours to find him!! We thought we'd lost him somehow only to find him sound asleep in spite of our repeated and more frantic screams of "Bob!! BOB!!!" A portent of things to come..
That is such a funny image.
Chessie, who at 10 years and 17#, is our baby of the house. She loves to get under thing like the couch or Victrola. As big as she is, still does the "flat cat" thing pretty well.
My cat Sesame is just cuckoo for opened clothing drawers. My dresser drawers are not large, and Ses weighs 14 lbs., but the chunky little girl will squirrel herself into even a two-inch opening of the drawer; I'll glance over in time to see her turkey-leg shaped hind leg sliding in in after the rest of her has somehow managed to slither in and over the back of the drawer into the one below. It's like watching someone stuff a water balloon into a box of chocolates.
Mine are wild about any ciosed door in the house-expecially the bathroom-Butters will go bonkers on it till he gets it open, usually just to kind of go "oh-it's just you" and walk back out either leaving you trying to take a shower w/the heat leaving the room or a more embarrassing situation trying to reach the door to close it again. (we've since put a "reaching stick" bahind the hamper for these issues).
Good for Miss Teia-making sure her territory is as it should be! Her updates always bring a smile to my face (sometimes when i need one the most).
Hi Pip. Haha...all sniffed out so nothing new the second time around, eh?
Although she is dying to go in, I don't normally let Jade in the closets, but I probably should so the fascination level would go down.
